Abstract
These notes contain overview of DataDefractor 1.1 SR-13 released on February 23, 2010.
The document includes enhancements, fixes of issues, backwards compatibility notes as well as system requirements.
New features
The new features of DataDefractor Solo 1.1 SR-13 include:
- Support for Windows 7
Issues resolved
- DataDefractor and XP3 will conflict with each other when installed on the same machine due to sharing assemblies in the global assembly cache.
- Cannot run repair on Windows 7.
Backward compatibility
DataDefractor 1.1 SR-13 for SQL Server 2005 is backwards compatible with SSIS 2005 packages built with previous releases of the product.
DataDefractor 1.1 SR-13 for SQL Server 2008 is NOT backwards compatible with SSIS 2005 packages built with previous releases of the product. If you need to migrate a SQL Server 2005 SSIS package to SQL Server 2008, please contact us at support@datadefractor.com.

DataDefractor has native 64-bit support for the x64-bit editions of the operating systems. - SQL Server 2008 Integration Services SP1.
- SQL Server 2005 Integration Services SP1.
- .NET Framework 2.0.
- Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP SP2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003 SP1, Windows 2000 SP4.
- Hardware Requirements:
- 600 MHz Pentium III-compatible or faster processor; 1 GHz or faster processor recommended.
- 512 MB of RAM or more.
- 50 MB of available hard disk space recommended.
- Super VGA (1,024x768) or higher-resolution video adapter and monitor.
